Successful candidate will receive the Centre of Excellence in Oil and Rig certificate which is jointly certified by Espoir Academy and KASE.

RECRUITMENT POLICY

Espoir Academy strives to give placements to its successful candidates. To make this possible, the academy is doing the following process.

PRE PLACEMENT TRAINING

Espoir Academy gives an extensive training to its candidates to prepare for the client interview in the following aspects such as Personality development, Mock interviews, Group discussions skills, professional resume writing, etc.

Company–specific orientation & skill training is conducted for the candidates prior to all the placement drives organized by the Centre. Feedback and special skill requirements of the companies are also used to design Pre-Placement Training Programs.

CAMPUS RECRUITMENTS

Espoir academy is placing most of our candidates through campus recruitments. We have a lot of recruiting partners for campus recruitments. Recruitments of the candidates are received by the academy and shortlist the candidates and send them for interview. The centre have all the facility to conduct the client interviews such as dedicated client recruitment room, international testing facility, travel desk, etc .

APROVED TESTING CENTRE

Espoir Academy is an approved testing centre for many clients across GCC. The centre may give the chance to the right skilled candidates to participate the external client interviews.

JOB PORTAL AND RECRUITING AGENCIES

Espoir academy will place the skilled trainee’s details in the job portals such as Naukari, Monster, ITL, etc to get the maximum placement exposure to our candidates. Academy is also having tie up with the leading recruitment agencies in India and abroad. Academy may also act as the suppliers of the skilled workforce to these agencies to ensure the maximum placement and better remuneration to our candidates.
